I understand that the reasoning is that it’s your own fault if you’re too timid to try to push through a line of older students, most of them smoking or sniffing something, to get to the toilet.

This is evil reasoning on the part of the administrators and teachers who look the other way.

The people running these hell holes are evil.

If this were happening in a private institution there would be arrests. I suppose down on the Animal Farm government teachers and principals live in the Farmer's House. The children get to hold their urine and feces all day.
