So was George Romney (Mexico) and John McCain (Panama), although I saw McCain lie again a few days ago and say he was born in the Canal Zone. ...His dad was based in the CZ but when it was time for birthing, they drove to a hospital in the Country of Panama where John was born, instead of the base hospital. .....Both of these guys were ruled to be eligible to be POTUS.
