Resolving the electrical issues would have to be an absolute for the cooling to work. No A/C then nothing will work right. I don't have any idea what the A/C cooling capacity tonnage wise would be but on a full CV its 1800-2000 tons. Electrical load that means rough guesstimate 2000 amps at 460 volts A/C just for full capacity cooling at run mode. Start up surge is way up there amps wise for about 15-20 seconds.
I'm all for diversifying ships capabilities as long as the ships design itself is compatible especially hull integrity and engineering plants wise. This one will have to be designed right from the get go due to not much room for future additions like there is on a full carrier.
