With Hillary's demise accelerating, and Trump's lead over the GOP field surging, it appears the "money" has finally figured it out. For the first time during this campaign, Trump has become the bookies' favorite to win the Republican nomination, surging past Bush who it appears has finally lost the real "money" backers.
