Living under a strong-central Monarch with no chance of political recourse by an average citizen is a great system of justice. Look at all that degree of force a Pope could wield, lol.
BTW, TBEL was talking about political "radicalism", i.e. distribution of wealth by force through the government, anthropogenic global warming, etc. not Church dogma. A central monarch with the beliefs of Pope Francis would be disastrous.
To hell with any human led absolute monarchy, even the ones that think they speak for "god".

First of all, I never advocated for an absolute monarchy. Second, the Catholic Church has never advocated unbridled Capitalism, given its abuse by oligarchs.
Read Aquinas, Chesteron, and Belloc. If you think they’re leftists then there’s no point in continuing discussion.
I like free enterprise, but some people seem to put the altar of Capitalism before Christ, and anything that doesn’t mesh with their views of economics in the Bible is to be tossed out.
