How does Rubio get a pass on this eligibility controversy? He is certainly not eligible to be president.

I just heard Levin call anyone who pays attention to the Constitutional requirements for president regarding natural born citizenship a moron. Its is good that I am such a generous fellow or I would have been offended. I notice that he uses the same strategy as Rush when someone calls in about the eligibility issue — get loud, say over and over Cruz is eligible, go to the extreme and claim “birthers” even deny Cruz is a citizen, and then cut off the caller.

There are a few people here who have knowledge about previous and historical court rulings on the issue, which most claim does not exist. I wish they would call in.

I don’t know, but maybe the “Great Delusion” has more than one aspect. I emailed Rush with the comment that if Ted Cruz is eligible, the Queen Noor of Jordan’s kids are eligible if they spend 14 years in the US. Hopefully, Donald Trump will run the table. I don’t think he will pick Ted Cruz as his VP unless Ted gets this straightened out before hand. Probably not a bad idea to let Ted actually serve out his first term in the Senate.
