What’s commonsense is to support them over there rather than pay 11 times more to support them over here. If you bring over a 5 year old orphan, what is his future? Homo parents? Government care? The older person would potentially be a huge drain on our healthcare and social services. Who pays for that 90 year old’s keep and healthcare and eventual burial? How about save the 11X support to help fund those things closer to their home?
