How pathetic was that!

Coach should be fired for not reeling in his team.

Can any explain why the Bengals didn’t go for the two-point conversion after their first touchdown?

When they did attempt a 2 point conversion, why in the world would they toss a weak lateral?

Or why they put their star defensive end at tailback in the shotgun on the goal line instead of as blocking back ahead of a running back?

When you need 15 points you need one one point and one two point conversion. If you go for two on the first TD and miss, it is mathematically impossible to get the three pts needed, and kills your comeback. If you go for 1 on the first TD, you still have a chance to go for 2 on the second TD and keep your chances alive. The rule is, when you need a combo of two pt and one pt conversions, you always go for the one pointers first.
