Normally like the steelers, but not too impressed with the current group Coaches on the field and pulling hair. Player cheap shots. not to mention James Harrison still hanging around, despite his dirty hit history, Great player but the most infamous dirty hitter of the current era.
When the day started was torn on who to win, but was hoping for a Bengal win after their comeback. Then, the sudden faux outrage of the day.
Honestly if you want to discover what a scumbag this Burfict guy is, his Wikipedia page says it all. I have watched him since he was a dirty thug in high school (Corona-Centennial in Los Angeles), at Ariz State, and since he has been with the Bengals.
He is good, but pure scum. He is Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs, Conrad Dobler (going way back!) and in my mind represents all that is bad about the current state of the NFL.
So when he cheap-shot the Steelers receiver and cost the Bengals the season, it was absolutely in line with his thug life history. Maybe the Bengals will realize that character matters. Do we want choir boys and wusses playing in the NFL? Of course not, but the criminal element in todays NFL shouldnt be encouraged and even celebrated like it is now.
