Just listening to Judge Jeanine in the car. She said at the end of her broadcast that Mexico has agreed to extradite Guzman to the US for trial and incarceration because the Mexican President can't afford to have him sprung from jail again under his watch (he has suffered a big time drop off in popularity with the Mexican people as a result of his government's inability to keep him locked up).
