This infighting happens every cycle... Backers of every candidate in the field arguing with every other backer.

My personal analysis of this cycle is simple, and it will anger Cruz supporters.

I like Cruz on policy more than I dislike him, but he’s beholden to the same money men as every other establishment candidate. His personality is not one that shine, he does not have the X factor... In a race where you clearly have a candidate with the X factor in large quantities, someone without it can’t win. Tsongas was the better candidate in 92... Clinton had the X factor.. We all know who won. Cruz also In my opinion has huge general election issues, he’s very easily cast in the role of boogie man. The red meat that he has done to excite many here are exactly the kinds of actions that can easily be spun as too radical for the swing voter. Hillary can’t win by motivating people to vote for her, she’s corrupt and unlikable... To win she has to be able to get folks to vote against he opponent... Cruz would make that an easy task for her.

This thing, for good or ill, is Trump’s to lose. I expect fully that Iowa may go to someone else, the caucus system is an oddball one, designed to support the establishment.. However once past Iowa I expect Trump to run the table through the primaries.

Doesn’t anger me FRiend...just disagree. I think trump is much more likely to fail against Hillary, I think his bombast will work against him when going up against a (sort of) woman.
