The Trumps all work for the family businesses. I’m sure the nephew was employed in a family business that provided healthcare for its employees. By cutting off this infant’s health insurance, Trump made it impossible for the child to be insured, due to a pre existing condition.

Let the parents pay for the child's medical care.Why would the child's uncle be liable for the expense? Because the family said they would. Trump's brother was dead and the child in question was Trump's grand-nephew. But that was before the will and the lawsuit.
