The Trumps all work for the family businesses. I’m sure the nephew was employed in a family business that provided healthcare for its employees. By cutting off this infant’s health insurance, Trump made it impossible for the child to be insured, due to a pre existing condition.

Because the family said they would. Trump's brother was dead and the child in question was Trump's grand-nephew. But that was before the will and the lawsuit.
