If you donate to Trump you will get a weekly campaign update, notices of upcoming events, and NO desperate appeals for contributions from Mrs. Trump!! ;-)

I believe Mr. Trump does, in fact, accept small donations. As you mentioned, they add up.

As for spending his own money....his adult children will handle his financial affairs and from what I’ve seen, they appear to be more than capable.

Ivanka is supposed to have a net worth of around $560 million or so from her fashion line and other business endeavors, so she obviously has some excellent business skills of her own.
