Software companies abuse their companies like this all the time. I’ve heard about this lawsuit but not followed it closely. I wonder if some third party can provide a bootleg operating system.
Probably not the best solution. I’d like to change company policy first. Apple makes some good products. They just force their customers to upgrade insuring positive cash flow and a solid bottom line. It is expensive to upgrade every couple of years though.
