Cam Newton and Russell Williams are all that anyone talks about today. In a positive way for sure.
So the advocates are wanting black QBs to get participation tophies and Affirmative Action wins?
nothing classier after a touchdown or big play than acting like you've done it before and simply handing the ball to a ref
At least Cam hands TD balls to youngins in the stands.
The NFL is "bread and circuses".
For entertainment purposes only. d;^)
Cam’s my guy and the Panthers are my team. He’s always gotten flack for end-zone displays...it has nothing to do with racism. People are too sensitive. I don’t care if players want to celebrate.
As for Tom Brady, I’ve never liked him...he looks like a metrosexual in that stupid stocking cap with the pompom on top.
Exactly
Exactly - “racist xenophobe” is universally accepted without challenge.
Just more hate America propaganda from that vile greek Kardashian wannabe.
I'm not a big fan of Newton's dances. There's a certain lack of...I'm not sure what. And,despite being a huge fan of Gronk (and the Pats,of course) I'm not a fan of his spikes...for the same reason.
Buddy Ball with Randall Cunningham was a blast. Last team I actually watched.
I watched a documentary on dog fighting from the dog pov .
Vick is an unholy piece of dog sht. If Vick were maulled by pitbulls in front of me I’d crack a beer and encourage the dogs.
Except for Aaron Rodgers’s hail Mary a few weeks ago to end/win that game.
That one was worth celebrating in the endzone.
Agreed. Randall Cunningham was a treat to watch. Every game.
I don’t recall anyone saying McNabb was “the best”, or even close. The question at the time was whether he was in the realm of the “elite” - a legitimate question that race should have played no part. Yet voices on the left wanted to take his ever-so-slight slight under-ranking and turn it into a racial issue, and then Rush (as he is wont to do, and was frankly being paid by ESPN to do so) threw gas on the fire.
In the end, Rush got thrown under the bus, McNabb got the last best years of his career taken from him having to hang under this shadow, and the media laughed all the way to the bank.
Unbelievable. Liberalism is a mental illness.
I remember many pundits calling him the best. That was how the discussion was framed. McNabb was the best. I have a couple of NFL yearly magazines which rated McNabb as the best quarterback in the league.
Earl Campbell always just handed the ball to the ref after scoring. The Oilers had a defensive back named Chris Dishman (Doucheman) that intercepted a pass and ran it back. Around the 10 he started strutting and acting like an idiot. He fumbled and lost it before he made it to the goal line. Too bad, jerk.
