Ziv...IIRC he produced Highway Patrol. I think it was his Lincoln in the opening and he was in it. Another FReeper mentioned that.
And I seem to recall Frederick Ziv died not all that many years ago, at about age 90 or so. He sold off to United Artists around 1961, which is how they got his library of shows. I think “Sea Hunt” and “Ripcord” were still in production at the time. Maybe “King of Diamonds” too.
“Highway Patrol” has been re-mastered, and looks great nowadays. Ditto some other Ziv shows, like “Sea Hunt,” “Bat Masterson,” “Tombstone Territory,” “Harbor Command,” and “West Point Story.” All which have been released on dvd.
