I don’t know, but I suspect that an AG can abrogate an agreement with another state if the agreement allows for it. There may be a statement such as: either party may abrogate given 30 or 60 day notice of doing so. But, concerning concealed carry permit reciprocity, I don’t know if there is a law or just a state government to state government agreement.

Hmm, you have a point. I was working under the assumption that the law which allowed concealed carry in Va was specific enough to state what qualified for reciprocity. But as you pointed out, it may not be so detailed.
