Holloway graduated through the Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center, according to a 2012 article in

I seriously doubt that. It has to be a clerical error or misinformation. State law requires higher bail than that for DUIs with death or substantial bodily harm. All the evidence from the beginning showed that she was intentional in her actions, thus moving the crime into a more serious category.
