So I just sent them an email and gave them a choice of: 1) repair, B) replace or 3) refund.
Meanwhile, I boxed it back up again. In the email, I told them if they refunded the money, I would buy something besides a Dell. DANG! I sure wish I had opted for the Asus!

According to the Web, you’re not the first. There are suggestions out there if you want to try any of them. One says “set your system in a clean boot state.” I’d have to look up how to do that if you want to give it a shot.
