Is this resetting to Win 8 or upgrading to Win 10?
They didn’t do anything to the system. If they had, they would have seen that it wouldn’t access the Internet. It is running Win 10.
If they had done their jobs, it would have been re-set back to Win 8, which is how I know they didn’t even try to fix it.
It also won’t respond when I try to access the shut off mode (Windows icon)
So I’m just going to email Dell again.
Welp. It gave me a message of Factory Recovery Media, but I don’t have a flash drive with enough capacity for that.
So there is nothing I can do until I get one.
