Hey, you!!! It’s been a long time!! <3
I use Bigelow Earl Grey Breakfast Tea, but I will look for Twinings Tea, just to try it.
I like Earl Grey because of the bergamot.
So where have you been in your extended absence? (Sorry. I’m just nosy!) You been missed here, wherever else you’ve been.
This does not surprise me in the slightest. I think it’s just one of the absolutely of the human condition that middle-aged women are going to be disgusted by the humorous amusements of young males.
Longtime,no see.
How’s tricks?
:)
Back when we were growing up, humor was cheap, and none of the gags were meant to inflict any damage on anyone.
Now, everything seems so politically correct that all the fun has been taken out of all the gags, and people get so worked up about jokes and gags that it seems the police are always just a few numbers away. And that is sad.
As a policeman starts muttering those immortal words...”a federal offence”...
Stink bombs are still a popular commodity. :)
WD40 and a Dog egg....(sinister giggle)
The problem with the male processing system is that it only has three basic responses. There may be nuances and branches but no matter how you slice it you will get to one of three things.
1) Kill it.
2) Have sex with it.
3) Laugh at it.
It doesn’t really get much deeper than that.
I always wondered why Owen gave 2 for “kill it” and none for “laugh at it” in Jurassic World.
Under cover of darkness? ;-)
It's a good brand so hopefully it will be a nice one
Preliminary report from Beautiful Daughter is "Well, I didn't pour it out..." Mrs. NoC interpreted that for me - "That means you have to buy her more." Further interrogation revealed that "It's slightly stronger than Twinings, there is more tea in each bag." So all in all I guess that means she liked it. She has been drinking this because it is available..
Beautiful Daughter doesn't show up here much any more...say "hello" to her for me, please.
Where is Darkchylde? Haven't seen much of her lately.
I informed her that she should at least pop into the UT and let everyone know she is still alive. As to whether or not she does remains an
As to the Taylor's tea, along with the Scottish tea for Beautiful Daughter, I bought myself a box of their Earl Grey. My impression is that it tasted more like tea with oil of bergamot than the Bigelow's version that is more flavoring with a tea afterthought.. (In other words, I liked it.)
Now as to whether or not I am able to find it ever again.. ;-)
I haven’t really been anywhere in particular, just wandering. We have lots
of Bigelow around, everyone else drinks it. I’ve never tried any of it.
Fortunately my generation had that cheap and safe outlet.
Lately though I spotted videos of mid-teen males smacking their friends across the chops with skateboards unable to distinguish between the slapstick of cartoons and the Three Stooges from reality.
James approached me earlier this afternoon with a swelling welt on his hand. “Vlad hit me with a ...” I didn’t quite catch the object. I told him, “You know that kind of thing happens when you hit each other with stuff. Either quit it, or deal.”
You are right there, Face.
Fart out of tune and the world has ended!
PC is the root of it.
I’ve been feeling like Garfield lately. I really like sleep. :-)
Well...
I see you remembered how to get here.. ;-)
I like the Bigelow’s. If you have ever had Constant Comment, that is a Bigelow Tea. I also like their mint tea, which says a lot, because I’m not a fan of mint.
The 7-11 down the street has a lot of Bigelow tea to sell by the bag, and at one time, I bought one of each, ($12) just to try them. Now I can’t recall what they were! LOL!
Tea is good!
It’s good to see you! :o]
Yes, I blame it on PC. And if Donald Trump isn’t good for anything else, he has busted the myth wide open.
Just took a peak at the Crown’s revenue page clarifying (not) the various taxation schemes (their word, not mine, but the honesty is appreciated).
All of the fools advocating implementation of the VAT over here citing simplicity should be stood against the wall for the full three count.
Some odd, to me, categories such as the carry cot, with or without restraints may or may not be subject to VAT. As a foolish Yank, that sounds like a stretcher with tie down straps. Now here we don’t have too many retail outlets for such, though in sore need of them.
You can be assured I shall be scouring youtube for the proliferation of carry cots in daily use, much like the sedan chairs of yore, though subject to GlobLwhatsittoday.
Perusal of the regulating schemes suggests their apparent popularity is a direct consequence of VAT, that cauldron of confusion.
On the other hand, the ease of parking such vehicles is seductive.
I sense an untapped market here in the states... time to get in on the ground floor.
Is this something that might be on youboob soon?
I’ve never liked the smell of Constant Comment. The guys drink it, mom &
I don’t. Dad keeps a stockpile of Raspberry Royale since it’s hard to find.
I hope “deal” doesn’t lead to “kill it.”
For me it’s lasagna.
