Garbage, If Cruz believes in a moratorium, he should have just come out and said so. But he couldn’t because he ether does not want it or he is too cowardly to face the backlash. This is just like Cruz, try to straddle the fence and when push comes to shove, do what ever your big money donors dictate. Exactly what Cruz did on the Corker bill and TPA.
