Well, if George Lucas says it doesn't suck....then how could it possibly suck?

Lens flares. If you have enough of them, the movie cannot suck.

If you kill off a character or characters I have loved for more than 30 years...that stinks for me. After seeing the mess of the Star Trek reboot, I am afraid to see this one.

Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy revealed that the film was screened for Lucas. The verdict? "He really liked it," she said.I wasn't worried... til now.

Will one of the main characters be named Obama?

Actually, the fact that Lucas liked it worries me. It might suck.

Lens flares. Jar-Jar. You've got to have a meaningless and obnoxious character.

I will just keep on enjoying the original three and leave it there. I don’t intend to see this, at least not right away...and I was one of the biggest Star Wars fans imaginable.
To: GingisK
Yup.
His name in “The Force Awakens” is Bai-den Joh.

Already bought tix for me and some of my people on opening weekend. Hope is eternal I guess. Sigh.

If he stormed out the private screening foaming at the mouth and yelling for lawyers it still would have been reported “He liked it”.
