It is the hospital’s choice to go thru with the death panel procedure, no matter which party enacted the law...and a governor can’t enact legislation by himself...the legislature has to pass the laws and if they are passed by veto proof majorities the sitting governor has to just like it or lump it!

If the Governor brings attention to this family’s ordeal, I think the TX people will force the hospital AND the TX legislature to change this Death Panel law.
Gov Abbott talks about (on Social media, etc) other family’s medical issues...not having care under 0bamaCare.... he can tweet/FB/talk about this case, as well...to get the law changed.
