Why not do away with the entire Bill of Rights? That would simplify a lot of Democrat plans.

And outlaw Christianity too while they’re at it- oh wait- it’s already illegal to be a Christian and hold religious beliefs (Bakery- Florist etc who were ordered by courts to violate their beliefs)
