Lots of interesting local stories about John Doe#2 in the OKC Bombing. Apprehended on I-40 eastbound, but not brought into custody.

If you look at some of the arrest videos of Tim McVeigh, in one he is taken into a building and several guards surround him.
One of the guards looks out in the direction of the camera, and that guard is the SPITTING IMAGE of John Doe #2.
