We have never had a President with "John" as a middle name. There have been five with John as their first name (John Adams, John Quincy Adams, John Tyler, John Calvin Coolidge, and John F. Kennedy).
There is always a first time for everything. In the good old days we had never had a President with "Hussein" as a middle name.

His father’s middle name is Christ. I kid you not.

From what I can see on Wikipedia, Christ was his mother’s maiden name. Wow!

Apparently, the S stood for nothing— or represented the middle names of both his grandfathers, which began with S.
