The society shown in “Into the Badlands” loses to the first one that shows up with guns, cannons, etc.

Kung fu doesn’t matter much when someone can put bullets in your body long before you can reach them.
Gattling guns have a track record of mowing down lines of attacking infantry - super-ninjas or not.

I missed the prologue of the next episode-—the one containing Daryl-—because of AMC’s dirty trick of shoving it into the middle of that martial arts crap “Into the Badlands”, which, incidentally, I may OFF MYSELF if I see one more commercial for it.

I think Morgan being knocked on his a** may have knocked some sense into him. I think he’ll save Carol at some point and they will be good. He’ll kill again. If not it’s just a waste of Lenny James talent and you can’t kill off Carol.
