I ended up with like 15 people at the settlement I cleared by/over/to the right of the bridge to diamond city and only put up a transmitter. I am trying to figure out what to do with them. They only talk to me but I can’t command them to do anything. Gonna have to hit youtube for Fallout lessons.

I found some tips on the net and my settlements started taking off. I need to get some trade routes set up next.
