Didn't know each department had 'political commissars' or 'political officers' like they do in the Russian military.

Typically some guy who ran a school board, licked envelopes for the guy who got elected and is happy being a political commissar because he never did anything useful in his life.

Yeah, those kind of people have to go. Our taxes are paying some hack a six figure salary and golden retirement. That's crap.

BTW, the whole wages and benefits area need a review too, except the military, they get a raise! Could save a lot right there.
