Hate to pick nits (nah, not really) but he wasn’t D.B. Cooper. He was D. Cooper on the passenger manifest. Sloppy reporting got the “B” stuck in there somehow.
Yep. It was Dan Cooper. When the media started saying D.B. Cooper the FBI left it like that so they could tell real leads from fake leads. If anyone called in with info on D.B. they figured it was probably a hoax.
