She lived to 90, most don’t. So, she had a fascination with dietary fads. A lot of people do. You live long enough and something’s going to go awry with your body, no matter how careful you are about diet or anything else.
Anyone who follows the news and medical reports on a regular basis becomes a crank and a faddist. It’s why that crap needs to stop.
Everything in moderation: sugar, wheat, steak, coffee, eggs are all wonderful gifts from God. Just don’t overdo it. Exercise? Meh.
