Why would anyone be surprised to discover there is evidence demonstrating this unprecedented use is now causing an unprecedented and catastrophic increases in heart disease, diabetes, dementia, Altzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Scleroris, autism, and other disorders related to high chronic hyper glucose levels? Before you dismiss this problem as some kind of dietary fad, try informing yourself with the pros and cons you find in the videos in this series.

I have to agree. Between the high-fructose corn syrup in nearly everything, to the fruits and fruit juices people think are so good for them, and soda... it's not good. For the last six months I've been living on meat, cheese, eggs, veggies, and nuts. Cream in my coffee. I've lost about 1/6 of my body weight and my appetite has simply receded to manageable levels. I eat one serving of meat a day, maybe two of veggies. Nibble on the rest occasionally. I definitely feel better.
