The theory is that Jon Snow is the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark (Eddard's sister) so he has Targaryen and Stark blood. The other theory is, three dragons and three Targaryen's riding them at the end to destroy the white walkers. The three Targaryens are Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen and Tyrion Lannister who is actually a bastard child and that's why his father hated him.
