Okay, I just watched those two segments again...boy, I really DO miss stuff the first time around.
The tower had the massive crack to begin with—from the truck, you’re right-—but someone was inside tearing away boards and tossing them out.
Tara climbed over the wall and balanced herself pretty precariously on one of the outside struts, holding on with one hand and firing with the other. Michonne helped pull her back over.
Yeah, her finger to Rick was funny, LOL, even though I do like Rick when he’s a jerk/crazy.

I hope whoever was in the tower went down with it and only got pinned enough to not escape but become a Walker snack..
