But I’m working through Josey Baker’s sourdough bread book to make great natural sourdough that we can actually digest because bread can be a healthy food if made without enriched, bleached, bromated nasty flour. And cheap: ingredients: good fresh flour and spring water.

If you have to commute by car, try audio books. They are great and I need to get some more myself. You can get them at the library and I think some libraries even have it so you can borrow them via download.
