I watched the first Star Wars 28 times - in the theater - when it came out. It played at the same theater for months if not over a year.
I’ll wait until this one comes out on Blue Ray.
The day of a movie being that big is long gone. Actors are not the “gods” they were in the 1930’s. Musicians are not the “gods” they were in the 60’s and 70’s. Movies are not the top of the entertainment heap that they once were either.
But it should be a good watch.
I will go see it but it will be with a free pass or in a free preview showing. That will be it. I will not be involved with any of the extracurricular things that accompany this show. I have a ton of Star Wars junk I want to unload.
