For that matter, to what extent might our Lord have let His angels participate with Him on this present creation?! I find in myself, and I suppose in everyone, a keen sense of appreciation whenever I create something. I’m made in the image of the Creator, which I take to be suggestive, at the very least, that He’ll encourage that aspect of our nature in our next life. Playground, indeed! One can only pity those who infer that heaven will be boring.
