Could be they intentionally blurred it up like ABC did on George Zimmerman going through the sally port so no one could see his wounds.
There can’t be that many models of BMWs registered around there. At one point, the license plate is in full view so that could be enhanced. If we have the ability to know the sex of a flea on a dog a mile away, this should be nothing.
