First amendment to the constitution:
“Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion......”
If you can remove Mosques, you can remove Baptist churches. That is why you cannot remove Mosques.
Now.....a law saying all public buildings including churches can be searched at any time without a warrant.....I’d go for that.
Islam is NOT just a religion.(If that)
