Only those that were registered prior to October 1986, same as with fully automatic weapons: only those that were registered prior to October 1986 are legally transferable.

BTW, I think the NFA paperwork is taking WAY longer than 5 months, unless they’ve vastly improved things in the last few years.

My latest took 4 months, but the rumor is that it’s now up to 5 due to increasing demand again. It changes.
