Something tells me that the vast bulk of that objects computing power is on a server elsewhere, probably a cloud server in Beijing.
Turn off the wi-fi and it too dies.
Still a tyrants dream ,however.

You're probably right about the cloud in Peking; Siri, Galaxy, Cortana, and the rest are all cloud based. Take the phone off the network and they become stupid.
But ...
Make it a little bigger, and you might be surprised how much 'smarts' you can pack into the robot itself. A targeted seek and destroy mission would not be unreasonable. Its range is limited by battery life; since it doesn't have to fly that could be an hour or two.
Frankly, the thing looks more like "Chucky" than "Hello Kitty".
