Trump's "very liberal sister" was closely aligned with Alito. She testified for his appointment.

The "pro-abortion" decision was to nullify a bad law that mirrored one the USSC had struck down as unconstitutional the week before.

New Jersey lawmakers were told by then Gov. Whitman how to modify the law that it would be constitutional but they chose not to do so.
