Consternation? Not so much. Despite the growth rates of the ice, even if it's mentioned at all, they don't care. They're right, anybody who denies their "truth" will be subject to arrest and prosecution for something. Because they're right and deniers are not. Liblogic 101.

Also ocean levels are NOT rising as previously predicted.
I notice the enviros are talking about a six foot rise
and want something done about NYC.
Maybe they should just bulldoze every thing that
