You must not have tried to inject insulin, because it causes fat gain at the injection site no matter where it is; abdomen, legs, etc.
I'll admit to not having tried that. Don't know why, but I just don't retain fat. I don't build up much fast-twitch (bulk) muscle either. Slow twitch muscle, and big tendons.
