I recall this case. Scary video. And recall the victim while going into shock, asking the cop why he shot him.

If I had not just watched the video and the aftermath conversation I probably would not have believed this...
Barney Fife was a much better cop.
Thankfully, the goober missed 3 times at point blank range and did not kill the guy with the 4th.
A $285,000 settlement for this is chump change. He should have been able to get millions.
