For thousands of refugees fleeing to Europe there is only one goal — to get to Sweden, a country known for its acceptance and tolerance of those escaping war and persecution.
But Sweden may not be as welcoming as they had hoped. A recent stabbing at a school in the small industrial city of Trollhattan, which killed a 20-year-old teacher and a 17-year-old student from Somalia, was described by police as an attack against “people with immigrant backgrounds.†There have also been 20 fires at refugee asylum centres.
The Scandinavian country has an underbelly of racism and xenophobia that could make life difficult for newcomers, says Daniel Poohl, managing director of Expo Foundation, an organization designed to shed light on racist ideas and organizations in Sweden.
Known for its civility and social cohesion, Sweden has seen an influx of immigrants, from the Balkans in the 1990s and more recently from Iraq and Afghanistan. But the latest wave of Syrian refugees — 190,000 are expected this year alone — has triggered an “agonizing†debate both politically and culturally, says Marie Demker, a professor of political science at the University of Gothenburg.

The real racist xenophobes are the invaders Sweden is letting in to defile their women and children, use their overwhelmed social services, and bankrupt an already collapsing economy. Can the wonderful refuges Sweden is taking in afford real-estate at Sweden’s hyper inflated prices?
Muslims raping and murdering Swedes isn’t xenophobic but Swedes defending themselves from rapists and murderers is.

You would not have believed the pressure I was under in high school to date blacks. Liberals are all about a woman’s “right to choose” unless it’s about who she chooses to date. Then you better date black men or be called a racist.

They are working on a solution: get rid of all the ethnic Swedes.
If you scratch a nation deeply enough to imperil the existence of its culture and they react against you, it’s not racism, it’s survival. The first right is the right of self defense. But guilt-sopped noodle-spined whiners would rather die than give offense, much less resist. Give them the suicide they wish for the rest of us and move on.

Just a random 30 second search. You can find a lot more information online if you want to read the history. They say 1975 was the last forced sterilization, but I’ve read other programs continued until the early 80s.

More embarrassingly, this happened under laws passed in 1934 by a vigorous new Social Democratic government—a hitherto esteemed forebear of Sweden’s present rulers. The laws lapsed only in 1976.”
