Decades of debauchery have finally caught up with one of Hollywood’s top megastars. In a bombshell world exclusive, RadarOnline.com can reveal that a bad-boy Tinseltown star has been hiding an explosive secret from the world: He is HIV-positive.
Multiple informed sources confirm the world-famous actor, whom Radar has chosen not to identify, has been diagnosed with the deadly virus that usually leads to AIDS itself.
The middle-aged star learned at least two years ago that he had contracted HIV — but he has desperately hidden it from the world, terrified his fans will turn against him.

Lost of possibilities, but my guess is Clooney. He looks like he has something, plus, I saw a grocery store tabloid that claims he is bisexual.

People who are HIV+ who are aware and taking care of themselves are in better shape than most of us.
MOST people these days never go into full blown AIDs. Folks like Magic Johnson do not even register on the scale yet.

Charlie Sheen was my first thought except I would not describe him as a mega star. My second thought was Leonardo DiCaprio.
My guess: Mrs Obama. Hands down.

South Park did a FANTASTIC jab at this in the “Stick of Truth” episode where Tom Cruise gets told he’s a bad actor, throws a tantrum, hides in a closet and would not come out.
There are a dozen “Come on Mr. Cruise, come out of the closet” jabs there. It was a really good one.
