I had a lesson myself with a cat years ago. The cat was right.
I was baby sitting my granddaughters cat, she was sweet and loved to hide in my closet.....One night I was laying in bed with her beside me scratching her belly.....she got up walked to the foot of the bed and beat the hell out of me without touching me, she stopped turned and looked at me, hissed, spit and groweled then took her front paw and took a swipe at thin air...I had to laugh but she was pissed at where I was scratching her, let me know she was pissed but didn’t want to hurt me...stayed out of the bed for 2 days...I still laugh when I think of it.
