On the 6pm news, it looks like you guys are washing away. Glad you are on high ground.
Also, tonight ,they showed an 18 Wheeler on the roof of a Holiday Inn, IIRC, down in Floresville. I think a tornado must’ve dropped it there.

Yeah, even a few tornadoes around with this one which is very unusual with this area and indeed, some of the videos are very impressive.

As for us we get flooded in once or twice a year, usually for no more than a day but sometimes three so we're ready for it and since there's no work commute it's not a bother other than dealing with minor landscape issues.

But it can happen so fast here I always pray for those close to rivers. They can get hammered pretty bad.
